Lori Dramm Co-Owner

Licensed Insurance Agent/Broker

Lori graduated from Lake Placid High School and obtained an A.A.S, Business Administration from North Country Community College. She began her insurance career in 2004 at Wilkins Agency as a Customer Service Representative. She obtained her brokers license in 2005 and has specialized in personal lines insurance. When she is not in the office she enjoys walking in the woods with her dog, and spending time with her family.

Carla Navarra, CIC, Co-Owner

Licensed Insurance Agent/Broker

Carla Navarra graduated from Lake Placid High School, and went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Human Services. Carla has worked at the Wilkins Agency in various capacities over the past twenty-two years and has held her Certified Insurance Counselor designation for over ten years. Her focus at the agency is commercial lines. In her free time Carla enjoys spending time with family, watching live music, and walking or XC-Skiing in the woods with her collie. 

SARANAC LAKE TEAM

Michael P. Navarra

Licensed Broker

Michael is a graduate from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL, with a degree in Organizational Communication. Michael has served as a volunteer for the Saranac Lake Winter Carnival Snowflake Volleyball Competition, helped with Ironman Lake Placid, marathons in the region and Village Clean-up. . In 2019, the Saranac Lake High School Royal court-appointed Michael to the Royal court as the Archbishop of Winter Carnival. In 2021, Michael was elected to the Saranac Lake Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. The Wilkins Agency is excited to have Michael as part of their team of loyal service representatives.
